Fabric Source
We guide suppliers towards suitable sources of fabric and identify suppliers who can deliver on time, with the required quality, weight, construction and colour.

Identify Supplier
We evaluate factories for capacity and capability, environmental controls and adherence to labour laws, matching each supplier to the product requirements.

Sampling
We coordinate samples with appropriate suppliers according to buyers’ designs and sketches, including samples for orders and promotional requirements.

Prices
We review supplier quotations against our knowledge of local cost structures to obtain realistic and competitive prices for our customers.

Quality Control
After order placement, we monitor the merchandise against the agreed requirements and check fabric quality, weight, shrinkage and colour fastness.

Follow Up
We follow each order from fabric through garment production to shipment, keeping buyers informed about progress and the current status of their orders.
