WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE

The thinking behind
the finished piece.

Support built around the product.
From a promising idea to a practical plan.

01

Product development

Translate the idea into a workable product brief. Bring together the silhouette, intended use, fabric direction and details that make the collection yours.

  • Technical brief
  • Design details
  • Material direction
02

Materials & sourcing

Explore fabric, trims and supplier options around your target quality, quantities and budget. Make the trade-offs visible before moving forward.

  • Fabric options
  • Supplier fit
  • Cost alignment
03

Sampling & fit

Use samples to review fit, construction, colour and artwork. Record comments clearly so the next development round has a shared direction.

  • Sample review
  • Fit comments
  • Approvals
04

Quality coordination

Align the approved reference, measurement points and inspection requirements with the production plan. Document issues and agree on follow-up actions.

  • Reference sample
  • Checkpoints
  • Reporting
05

Commercial support

Connect the product decisions to the commercial plan, from quotation inputs and packing requirements to shipment documentation.

  • Quotation inputs
  • Packing brief
  • Shipment planning

A considered approach

Good products begin with good questions.

HOW WE WORK

A clear path.
One step at a time.

Explore the decisions and deliverables
at each stage of the journey.

STEP 01 / 05

Start with the right questions.

Share the product idea, target market, approximate quantity and timing. An early reference image is useful; a finished technical pack is not essential to start a conversation.

WHAT WE ALIGN
  • Product direction & references
  • Target quantity & market
  • Budget & timing priorities

QUALITY, THROUGH THE PROCESS

Look closer.
At every stage.

Quality starts with a shared reference.Keep the checks connected to the approved product, from preparation through dispatch.

BEFORE PRODUCTIONSample & specification review
01

Before production

Review the approved sample, measurement specification, material requirements and inspection plan before production starts.

02

During production

Check workmanship, measurements and consistency at agreed stages. Record findings and follow up on corrective actions.

03

Before dispatch

Review finished goods, packing and labelling against the agreed brief. Confirm which reports and documents are needed for release.

RESPONSIBILITY IN THE DETAILS

Better questions.
More considered choices.

Responsible sourcing starts with asking what a product is made from, how it is produced and what evidence supports the claims around it.

  • 01

    Materials & traceability

Discuss material origin and the documentation available.

  • 02

    People & working conditions

Include supplier practices in the sourcing conversation.

  • 03

    Evidence before claims

Verify relevant documents before making certification claims.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few things
you might ask.

Every brief is different.
These are useful starting points.

Have another question?
01

What should I share to start a project?

Start with a product reference, category, approximate quantity, target market and preferred timing. A technical pack helps, but you can also begin with images and a short description.

02

Can you work with my own designs and branding?

Share your artwork, labels, trims and packaging requirements with the brief. Feasibility, sampling and costs need to be reviewed for the specific product.

03

What are the minimum order quantities?

Minimum quantities depend on the fabric, construction, decoration and supplier. Product-page values are currently demo specifications; request a project-specific quotation for confirmed figures.

04

How long does sampling and production take?

Timing varies with material availability, development rounds, approvals and order size. Share your target date so the team can review a realistic plan; demo lead times are not delivery promises.

05

How are quality and compliance requirements handled?

Agree on product specifications, inspection checkpoints and required supplier documents at the brief stage. Any certification or compliance claim should be supported by current, relevant evidence.

06

Does this preview send my enquiry?

The standalone frontend preview does not send or upload information. You can explore the form; submitting it shows a preview-only message and keeps your entered details. Existing configured Laravel delivery remains separate.
